To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by me), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. I will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay me an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to me your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply or expires early

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires early if I began performing the contract only after you had given your express consent and had at the same time confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal once I begin performing the contract, and after I had provided you with the content of your statement on a durable medium within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract, and in any event before performance of the service begins. Please note that I may make the conclusion of the contract conditional upon that consent and confirmation.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded and at the time of delivery, have their domicile, habitual residence or delivery address outside a Member State of the European Union or of the European Economic Area and are not nationals of any such Member State.

What happens to your details

I process the details from this form solely in order to deal with your withdrawal and to confirm its receipt to you — that is my legal obligation under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR together with section 356(1) of the German Civil Code.
